A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says, "Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."

Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers. "Yuck" says her daughter.

"How about a couple raw eggs?"

"Gross, Mom!"

"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?" "Mom, those are all yucky!"

To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake!

God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!

There's a story of a fisherman who was sitting on the dock one early afternoon with a few fish in his possession.

A rich business man--a visitor from out of town--said "Why aren't you out there fishing this afternoon?"

The fisherman said, "I've caught all I need for today... and I'm just sitting back here, smoking my pipe and enjoying the beautiful day."

"But", the businessman objected, "if you were to use your time fishing, you could catch more fish and then sell what you don't need and make some extra money."

"And then what?" replied the fisherman.

"Well," replied the business man, "after saving enough money from your sales, you could buy a new and bigger boat that would take you out further into sea and you could catch bigger fish and make even more money."

"And then what?" said the fisherman.

"Well, then you could buy a whole fleet of boats and catch thousands of fish and make thousands of dollars in one day and become rich like me."

"And then what?" asked the fisherman.

"Well," then you could sit back and enjoy life like I do" said the rich man.

"Well," said the fisherman, "Isn't that what I'm doing already?"

I got to watch Rockstar Supernova in Starworld kanina.. This year's series fatures the new band Supernova in search for their lead vocalist. The band features Tommy Lee ex-Motley Crue, Gilby Clark ex- Guns N Roses, and Jason Newsted ex- Metallica.

The rockstars had a vocal session with Liz Lewis (she's the voice coach of Gwen Stefani, Pussycat Dolls, Limp Bizkit and Joe Black).

Husky talaga voice ni Dilana, medyo kinabahan pa nga ako nung niyakap niya yung coach. Baka kasi matusok ng mga kung ano anong nakalagay sa katawan niya.

Josh sings like someone I know.. hmmm.. while Magni was complimented for his nice voice..

Lukas was reminded to take care of his voice. Galing daw sa lalamunan yung boses niya.

The others, wala lang..

I like Dilana.. the tattoos, the piercings, the chain necklace, husky voice, and the attitude. Basta I like her! I like her rendition of "Zombie" kanina. Reminds me of Mommy Ems hahaha

Storm looks like Lindsay Lohan.. at parang laging nangsi-seduce. She probably thinks she'll get Tommy's approval if she does that, kung makatingin kasi ang ex ni Pam sa mga babae hay nako hehehe..

Sa boys, I like Magni's performance.

The contestants have interesting personalities. Parang sarap panoorin nito lagi.. Kaya lang parang nakikita ko na na dalawa lang maglalaban jan, its either Dilana or Lukas. Parang wala lang kasi yung iba eh.

Neways, I hope I'll be able to watch this show more often. Kainis kasi ang schedule ko e.
